We have many machine running in Zambia,produce 3 kinds of mealie meal (breakfast, roller and animal meal).The breakfast meal will be used to produce a Pre-packed, Precooked Instant Mealie meal (Nshima) sold with flavoring powder, similar to Instant Noodles.
