Our wheat flour milling machine
This is Jane liu from Hongdefa Machinery Co.Ltd for introducing our wheat flour milling machines.As we know, in China, the wheat flour food is staple food in North of China. We add water into flour, make a dough, and steam it in half an hour. Then it called Man Tou which is a specal Chinese bread.
It need flour with a lot gluten, good protein and good landing value.
For our wheat flour milling machines, it can do all purpose flour, such as cake flour, bread flour and semolina.
In the processing line, the first step is for cleaning wheat.
We use high speed seive, graivity destoner, damper or washing stoner for cleaning the wheat.
This is the fist step for keeping good quality flour.
After cleaning, the wheat will go into roller mill. We can get all size of flour from the roller.
And then through two bins sifter for grading and divided the flour for different packing.
The packing machine can do 1kg, 2kg, 5kg paper bags and 10-50kg atumatic packing machine.
All the machines can controlled by control box or PLC system.
And also can will supply one year spare parts.
